A blonde woman walks into the doctor's office and says, "Doctor I

 The doctor says, "That's impossible."
 
 "No, really!" she insists. "Just look... When I touch my arm-ouch!

 head-ouch!- it really hurts!"
 
 The doctor just stands there stroking his chin, then finally asks,
 "You're a natural blonde, aren't you?"
