Little Johnny's pet mouse had just died, and a kindly old
 neighbour helped him to bury it in the garden.
 
 Placing his hand on the boy's shoulder, the old man explained
 gently that death comes to all creatures, man and beast, that the
 mouse had had a happy life and a proper burial. 
 
 "So little boy, how would you like to die?" asks the man.
 
 "I want to die sleeping like my grandfather, not screaming like
 the other people in the car".
